The Marketing arm of Knysnadoc will promote the company's interests and undertake marketing contracts for developments and businesses in the area.

Should at any stage additional finance be required, there will be recourse to the access facility in the mortgage bond held over the primary investment. Profits after tax made from marketing activities, the sale of speculative property investments, as well as rental income, will be used in part for further investments, thus enhancing the underlying value of the share, and also to generate tax free dividend returns for shareholders.
