PE Technikon, George Campus is situated in the breathtaking Southern Cape and is undoubtedly one of the most significant campuses in the country. Also known as the first choice Technological University of the Garden Route, the campus hosts two centres of excellence that offer outstanding learning opportunities and top quality education.
Saasveld, which is based at the foot of the Outeniqua Mountains and partly surrounded by indigenous forest, specializes in natural resources management, science and engineering studies.
Hurteria, centre for Business and Information Technology Studies, specializes in business, finance, information technology, marketing, sport and tourism management. Hurteria has recently been renovated and proudly boasts a state-of-the-art auditorium, modern lecture rooms, computer laboratories and a library. It is also the home to several part-time courses, including the MBA and the Business Management programmes.
Not only is the George Campus situated in a beautiful surrounding, but it is definitely a haven for sport enthusiasts. Our sport facilities include our own golf course, swimming pool, rugby stadium, hockey fields, tennis courts, hiking trails, amongst others.
The Technikon offers hands-on practical programmes, which evolve with the needs and demands of an ever-changing industry. The emphasis of the majority of courses falls on entrepreneurial and management skills. The programmes are all offered on an international level, with a strong business focus.
