Errol Green, MD of Unique Designer Homes,
explained in the last issue of GRI, the concept of the “TURNKEY” Packages,
and would like to thank all those people who have enquired into this
scheme, and most particularly those that have decided to go ahead
with Unique Designer Homes.
In dealing with a number of clients, certain questions were raised
regarding this alternative option of building a home today, as Errol
points out: “The TURNKEY Package is a fast track process and greatly
reduces the time period and costs from the first interview with the
client (eg. in taking a design brief) to handing over the keys. Also
the client can make up his own programme in determining exactly what
he/ or she wants to include or not, eg. a complete home or just the
structure and certain finishes.” |
