'Unique Designer Homes'(UDH) is an established professional Design and Building Company specializing in 'TURNKEY' Packages.

UDH established offices in the Southern Cape to undertake specific Property Developments and the construction of new Residential Homes in a market which currently lacks UDH's expertise in offering their broad base of clients a 'one stop shopping scenario'.

UDH is already well established in the Western Cape, and Errol Green, the Managing Director, has now identified a definite need in the Southern Cape market for UDH's unique design and building approach.

Errol recently returned from Zimbabwe at the end of 2001, after having successfully completed a "One-Off" Plot and Plan Home and 60 Town House complex on a new Golf Course Development. (What's more he received payment!). All in all UDH boasts 32 years experience in construction having previously been involved with a major KZN structural, civil and building company.

UDH's 'Turnkey' packages are unique in that the Client deals with only one person during the whole building process.

• UDH design (qualified Architects) the home/ or additions to the client's exact requirements, and then build the home / or additions, and all within a pre-determined/ pre-agreed budget.
• UDH will source and arrange a mortgage bond for clients, dealing directly with the financial institutions to ensure that the client obtains the most preferential bond options/ interest rates.
• UDH also offer (out of town) clients a photographic bi-weekly picture showing the ongoing progress of the building work.
• All the client has to do is choose the finishes, colour schemes etc… and watch their 'Dream Home' come to fruition.

UDH is presently developing a 'Plot and Plan Turnkey' project called EDEN SANDS at Pienaar Strand on the South Coast only 12 minutes out of George. This upmarket secure development consists of 1/2/3
and 4 bedroomed homes which all enjoy a 180 degree view of the ocean. Phase 1 is now selling off plan.
