NEW EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Garden Route Personnel was established in January 1996 by owner/manager Patty Lloyd. Through our series of successful placements with new and well established companies along the Garden Route over the last 7 years, the working relationships with our clients, the stability in our own staff, and our extensive data base we have reached a point at which we have identified the importance of placing effective executives in our local businesses, nationally and internationally.

Our dynamic team (who are all IIPSC accredited) comprises many years of experience collectively in the recruitment industry. With us combining our expertise and adhering to the strict code of ethics laid down by APSO (The Association of Personnel Service Organisations of South Africa), we commit ourselves to giving our clients and candidates the best placement experience.

We have always done our best to place each candidate into their "niche career", giving them the opportunity to pursue their long term goals and objectives without having to "Job-hop". In doing so we ensure that our client is getting a person who not only fits the job description- but who wants to be in that specific career and industry, hence reducing our clients staff turnover.

Garden Route Personnel is a member of the Linx Personnel Group (comprising a hand selected and invited group of privately owned agencies) founded in 1999, which extends throughout South Africa with Associate companies in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and the United States of America. Through this membership we are not limited to assisting clients and applicants in the Garden Route, but are able to source the best Executive candidates and employment opportunities both Nationally and Internationally.

Garden Route Personnel and Executive Recruitment will stay focussed on what we do best --and that is sourcing the right person for the job, as well as all the relevant checks that go with that, but through our association with other professional specialists we do fasciliate training as well as other labour related functions.
