Our Knysna branch was proudly opened in 1998 and offers property related services including residential and commercial property management and letting. Trafalgars approach to management and letting is designed to remove the complexities of these specialist services for clients in order to provide peace of mind. This is complemented by a strong focus on sectional title management fine-tuned over the past 30 years to ensure that property owners' assets are maximised. Trafalgars contract security guard, cleaning personnel, indoor plants and ground maintenance services are evident at various sites in Knysna and Plettenberg Bay.

Trafalgar Financial Services (TFS) evolved from a perceived need to provide value added products to a growing customer base and to provide constant support in the financial field. As such, TFS caters for both long and short term insurance needs of the various Bodies Corporate in addition to finacing new property developments and site improvements along the Grdaen route. TFS has recently formed a strategic partnership with the Hollard Insurance Company enabling TFS to provide competitive rates to their clients as the largest residential property managers in the country while also providing constant advice and support. In addition, the insurance process is managed in-house enabling superior turnaround times and process management.

TFS's latest product is their 'Trafalgar Levy Solution' which guarantees the total levy payment on the first working day of each month while settling all arrears to date.
