It
was fun and games, and freebies for everyone as Sasol Harkerville
recently celebrated their official opening.
Proud owners Mark Hinks and fiancée Paula Gieseler were thrilled
with the response. Delighted children enjoyed the jumping castle,
had their faces painted and queued for free pony rides before
competing in the bubble blowing and ice cream eating competitions.
Mark and Paula originally opened their filling station in the
picturesque Garden of Eden back in December, after bidding farewell
to the hustle and bustle of city life in Gauteng. Mark's lifetime
dream of moving to Knysna became a reality when, after developing a
number of filling stations in Gauteng, he acquired the land which
had become home to the old Fisanthoek Farmers' Market. With this
acquisition, combined with his passion and experience in the filling
station game, he then set out to develop his dream outlet.
His fiancée Paula did not hesitate in joining him after a successful
ten year career with Nestle, where she was the Kids Category
Marketing Manager. Her valuable sales and marketing experience,
combined with Mark's passion for the petrol industry, will stand the
two in good stead at the welcoming Sasol Harkerville outlet.
They look forward to satisfying your one-stop convenience needs in
their clean, neat, well stocked Sasol Delight store and bakery while
filling up your vehicle on the bright blue and yellow forecourt!
